Frida is a musician, songwriter and sound healer. She has a great and burning passion to help people find more inner peace and get closer to their true selves through guided sound journeys with her voice and many other beautiful and powerful instruments. She regularly holds classes in her own studio where she lives outside Jönköping. But also travels around to other places around the country, and then also in collaboration with her sister, Julia, and in the duo Sweet Sound Sisters. Let go of performance and doing, and be lulled into being. In the magic and powerful vibrations of music, you can get closer to yourself and also experience what is even greater. Healing sound magic- singing together

Do you long to sing along with others? In this class you get the opportunity to both listen and receive. And also, if you want, sing along to the songs I share. I will play my beautiful handpan and other instruments and share self-written songs and other people's songs. We start with a moment to land together in a guided meditation, then you get to move to the rhythms of my drums. We then meet sitting down and sing together (it's also good to just sit or lie down and listen) The class ends with a soft relaxation to the sounds of my crystal bowls.It`s so beautiful to come together in song, and creates a sense of togetherness. And we send out the uplifting messages in the lyrics with light and love to the world and to each other.
