Jeanina Dhara is a body-oriented therapist and mindset coach who has passionately worked with bioenergetics/breathwork, tantra, Osho-therapies and inner child work with groups, couples and individuals around the world for about 20 years. I've also been hosting and setting the program for the No Mind festival in Sweden for various years and teaching in Sexology trainings. In my work I use bioenergetics, dance, touch, breath and various tantric exercises to dive deep inside and open for more life force and joy. CONSCIOUS DATING - "There are no accidental meetings between souls.”

Come and meet others heart-to heart in a warm and uplifting space where we go into a wave of dance, touch, breath and various connectio exercises to both get centred within and more ready to really meet with eachother. Opening for playfulness,and authenticity and letting the magic unfold. The final will be a Dating Mandala/Circle and the chance to feel into eachother and the power of chemistry.

Tantric Dance

is a way to combine tantra with contact improvisation in specific ways to get a deeper tantric experience, as well as going deeper into the dance and the art of moving. We use our bodies and senses, our breath and movement opening up together for the here and now. It’s a tool to sense our own bodies and sensuality as well as melting thru touch with others, all to the soundtrack of music and breath.
