Come and experience yourself and others with curiosity and presence..Let us dive into the sensations of our bodies and hearts, and explore connection through authentic meetings, dance, touch and resting in the now together.

Your body is an instrument, with your unique expression. Can you feel it? It can be both vulnerable and liberating to use it. In this workshop we will open up for the creative life-force to flow through us, through movements and sounds. Let us be more of who we really are. Alive and vibrant. And perhaps, we end with singing som easy heartsongs together.
