Mia left her academic career in media & communication in the year of 2000 to travel the world. She found her home in meditation and since then, she has been devoted to the path of self-discovery & inner leadership. Body Love Tantra Yoga activates, circulates and integrates the flow of kundalini energy in the body and brings us from a sense of separateness into a deeper, nourishing experience of wholeness. While not repressing, neither overtly expressing our sexual nature, this yoga practice guides us to feel it deeply within where we can actually meet and embrace ourselves as sensual and sexual beings.

Shiva Shakti Temple

We will begin with ritual, meditation and exercises to activate the Shiva and Shakti within us. Embodying these energies, we will move, meet each other and dance the eternal dance of divinity in duality and unity. From there, you will be guided into the temple proper. Together, we will charge the space with energy and intention before opening up to completely free co-creation. Everything is sacred, and everything is allowed – within the guidelines of the festival, of course ;)
